MELODY MAI DE LA FE

CREATIVE DIRECTION & PHOTOGRAPHY

BASED IN MIAMI

Melody Tuyet-Mai de la Fe was born in Adelaide, South Australia, and began her professional journey in the modeling industry at just 14, stepping into the Australian fashion scene with a natural ease and curiosity. By 18, her ambitions took her to Asia, where she began building an international career — a leap that marked the start of over 15 years in the global fashion world. From Melbourne runways to Milan studios, New York streets to Miami’s energy, Melody gradually found her footing in some of the world’s most vibrant fashion capitals.

Her creative interests, however, didn’t stop at modeling. After spending years in front of the camera, Melody developed a desire to explore visual storytelling from a different perspective. Photography, particularly portraiture — became her chosen outlet, allowing her to express a deep appreciation for feminine beauty, emotional nuance, and artistic detail. What started as a personal passion soon grew into a full-time creative pursuit and from 2019 she was working as a full time freelance photographer, shooting everything from fashion campaigns to personal portrait clients & more.

In early 2022, a new chapter began when Melody transitioned into the world of marketing. She embraced an opportunity to broaden her creative influence, stepping into the role of Marketing Director at Think Hospitality. There, she became an integral part of the team, helping shape visual campaigns and content strategies for a portfolio of high-end hospitality clients. Today, she continues to wear many creative hats — producer, creative director, editor-in-chief — leading campaigns and overseeing multiple print publications within the Think Hospitality network.

Throughout it all, Melody has remained a storyteller at heart — whether through fashion, photography, or brand strategy — always inspired by beauty, culture, and the power of authentic connection.
